Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to love your InkedPaws order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn or only lightly tried on, unwashed, and free of pet hair or odors.
- Request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
Wrong size, defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Size exchanges
Please check our size guide before ordering. If the size does not fit, contact us and we will help you exchange it for a different size.
How to request a return
Email us at senditmask1@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been washed, worn outdoors or damaged by the customer are not eligible.
